15856 Yanokoji           Discovered 1996 Mar. 10 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
Koji Yano (b. 1964) is a well-known amateur astronomer in Ehime Prefecture. A skilled photographer of nebula and star clusters, he is highly regarded for the superior technique. He is a member of the Oriental Astronomical Association.
