15703 Yrj{ö}l{ä}           Discovered 1987 Sept. 21 by E. Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station of the Lowell Observatory.
Ilkka Yrj{ö}l{ä} (b. 1959), a long-term dedicated amateur astronomer in Kuusankoski, Finland, who has observed meteor showers using systematic counts of reflections by meteor forward scatter. He has confirmed many meteor outbursts, including the 1994 Aurigid shower.
