14669 Beletic           Discovered 1999 Feb. 16 by the OCA-DLR Asteroid Survey at Caussols.
James William Beletic (b. 1956), a talented physician, led the European Southern Observatory's Optical Detector Team from 1994 Nov. 1 to 2000 Apr. 27. He contributed to the development of a new CCD controller for astronomy and is now deputy director of the Keck Observatories.
