14203 Hocking           Discovered 1998 Dec. 25 by Spacewatch at Kitt Peak.
Wayne Keith Hocking (b. 1955) has studied atmospheric and radar physics and constructed radar systems. He joined the faculty at the University of Western Ontario in 1991.
