13718 Welcker           Discovered 1998 Aug. 17 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Kelydra Elizabeth Welcker (b. 1989) is a finalist in the 2002 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge (DCYSC), a middle school science competition, for her environmental sciences project. She attends the Blennerhassett Junior High, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
