13423 Bobwoolley           Discovered 1999 Nov. 13 by C. W. Juels at Fountain Hills.
Robert Woolley (b. 1953) taught astronomy and was planetarium director at Montgomery College (1976-1981) and president of the Von Braun Astronomical Society (1993-1994). Since 1994 he has been conducting week-long astronomical/geological educational experiences at a dark site near Flagstaff, Arizona.
