13421 Holvorcem           Discovered 1999 Nov. 11 by C. W. Juels at Fountain Hills.
Brazilian mathematician Paulo Holvorcem (b. 1967) has developed new numerical methods for simulating waves in rotating fluids and in free space. Since 1996 he has been observing near-earth objects and developing software that efficiently allocates telescope time during automated observations.
