12435 Sudachi           Discovered 1996 Jan. 17 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
Sudachi (Citrus sudachi) is a small, round, green citrus fruit that is a specialty of Tokushima prefecture. The name was selected among proposals by children who attended the Fureai Space Festival, held in Anan city on the 2008 Japanese Space Day.
