12001 Gasbarini           Discovered 1996 Mar. 12 by Spacewatch at Kitt Peak.
Ron Gasbarini (b. 1960) is an amateur astronomer whose interest was inspired by the Apollo missions in the 1960s. He has served as president of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada's Niagara Centre and won the service award of the society in 1995.
