11313 Kügelgen           Discovered 1994 Apr. 3 by F. Borngen at Tautenburg.
Gerhard von Kügelgen (1772-1820) and his son Wilhelm (1802-1867) were prominent German painters. The former portrayed Goethe and Schiller. The latter wrote the famous memoirs Jugenderinnerungen eines alten Mannes , a witty report on the civil and courtly life of the early nineteenth century.
