10452 Zuev           Discovered 1976 Sept. 25 by N. S. Chernykh at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
Vladimir Evseevich Zuev (b. 1925), professor at Tomsk University, is a scientist in the field of atmospheric physics and a pioneer in laser sounding methods. He was director of the Institute of Atmospheric Optics at the Siberian Department of the U.S.S.R. Academy of Sciences for many years.
