10051 Albee           Discovered 1987 Aug. 23 by E. F. Helin at Palomar.
Arden L. Albee (b. 1928), Caltech professor of geology and planetary sciences, was dean of graduate studies for the last sixteen years. Albee has served in many capacities, including chief scientist of JPL, project scientist for the Mars Observer mission, and he has been a principal figure in many Mars-related science missions.
