  Russian lunar lander mission, launched 2023-Aug-10 @ 23:10 UTC, atop a 
  Soyuz-2.1b rocket from the Vostochny Cosmodrome.

  JPL orbit solution #19 (D. Farnocchia) is a fit to 91 ground-based optical 
  astrometric and photometric measurements spanning 2024-Jan-05 to 
  2024-Feb-26.

  There is more than a magnitude of variability in brightness reported by 
  observers, so the photometric model is a rough guide only.
