Japanese amateur astronomer Toshiyuki Oya (b. 1956) is a key member of the Tatebayashi Astronomical Club and volunteers on the staff of the Mukai Chiaki Children's Science Musium. He also works on the construction and improvement of observational equipment for the amateur.
