5701 Baltuck           Discovered 1929 Oct. 26 by C. W. Tombaugh at the Lowell Observatory.
Miriam Baltuck (b. 1954), NASA's representative in Australia and southeast Asia from 1997 to 2002, also served for three years as science and technology advisor at the U.S. embassy in Canberra. In Apr. 2005 she became director of university advancement at the Australian National University.
