Firouz Naderi (b. 1946) is a scientist, engineer and manager who has led major programs at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, including the Mars Exploration Program during the successful development and landings of the Spirit and Opportunity rovers. He was awarded NASA's highest honor, the Distinguished Service Medal, in 2004.
