38821 Linchinghsia           Discovered 2000 Sept. 9 by W. K. Y. Yeung at the Desert Beaver Observatory.
Lin Ching Hsia (b. 1954) is one of the most famous and talented actresses in China. Outside the Window was the first film that brought her fame. In 1993, she made The Bride with White Hair, and in 1992 she won Best Actress at the Golden Horse Film Festival for her role in Red Dust.
