30821 Chernetenko           Discovered 1990 Sept. 15 by L. V. Zhuravleva at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
Yuliya Andreevna Chernetenko (b. 1946) is well known for her investigation of the motion of Comet 2P/Encke. More recently she has established systematic effects in the Hipparcos and other star catalogues using positions of selected minor planets.
