27003 Katoizumi           Discovered 1998 Feb. 21 by A. Nakamura at Kuma Kogen.
Izumi Kato (b. 1968), born in Ehime prefecture, is a Japanese singer. Since her debut in 1991, she has released 15 singles, including her greatest hit, Sukini Natte Yokatta, and 12 albums. Her touching ballads, often called "healing pops", have fascinated her many fans in Japan.
