18123 Pavan           Discovered 2000 July 4 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Luciano Pavan (b. 1956), an Italian musician, writer, painter and amateur astronomer, is well known in the scientific minor-planet community for his help at several meetings in Belgirate. The name was suggested by M. Di Martino and D. F. Lupishko.
