16626 Thumper           Discovered 1993 Apr. 20 by Spacewatch at Kitt Peak.
Thumper was a fictional young rabbit in Walt Disney's 1942 animated film, Bambi. Thumper's wisecracks and antics have been comic relief for generations of children the world over. The name was suggested by R. Jedicke and P. Jedicke.
