163819 Teleki           Discovered 2003 Sept. 7 by K. Sárneczky and B. Sip{o´´}cz at Piszkéstet{o´´}.
Hungarian explorer Sámuel Teleki (1845-1916) led the first expedition to Northern Kenya. He was the first to reach the snow-line on Mount Kilimanjaro and the first explorer to set foot on Mount Kenya, climbing up to around 4300 meters. Teleki was the first European to see Lake Turkana, which he named Lake Rudolf.
