14500 Kibo           Discovered 1995 Nov. 27 by T. Kobayashi at Oizumi.
Kibo, a word meaning "hope" or "wish", became a Japanese nickname for the Experiment Module of the International Space Station. The name was selected among other candidates proposed by children who attended the Fureai Space Festival 2003 in Tokyo.
