Japanese actress Kurenai Kanda (b. 1952) became a disciple of the second-generation Sanyo Kanda, being captivated by his manner of talking. In 1989 she became a professional storyteller, performing with songs and dancing. She is a member of the executive board of the Japan Space Forum.
