12368 Mutsaers           Discovered 1994 Feb. 7 by E. W. Elst at the European Southern Observatory.
Utrecht-born Charlotte Mutsaers (b. 1942) is a painter, woodcutter and writer. Her highly acclaimed novel Rachels Rokje ("Rachel's Skirt") was published in 1994. Her grandfather, a banker at Kapellen (Antwerp), was well known for his philanthropy. The name was suggested by J. Geerts.
