10428 Wanders           Discovered 1960 Sept. 24 by C. J. van Houten and I. van Houten-Groeneveld on Palomar Schmidt plates taken by T. Gehrels.
Adrianus S. P. J. M. Wanders (1903-1984) was a Dutch astronomer who published important Dutch popular books on astronomy. In the 1930s he studied the sun, particularly sunspots, with M. G. J. Minnaert. The name was suggested by W. A. Fröger.
